Chicken milanesa: grilled chicken breast lightly breaded and topped with molcajete sauce; pollo fundido: rolled, soft or crispy flour tortilla filled with seasoned chicken, then smothered with cream cheese and melted american cheese; and chile relleno: poblano chile stuffed with monterey jack cheese, fried in a light, fluffy egg batter and topped with los amigos' own salsa and cotija mexican cheese. served with rice and beans and garnished with avocado and pico de gallo.
