your choice of Grilled shrimp, scallops or mixed, cooked with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. sauteed in a unique orange tomato sauce. served over a bed of rice and topped with melted Monterrey jack cheese. serve with tortillas. ( not served with beans)
